When you get in touch
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, type of photography, preferred date, location and message. Name, email, photography type and message are needed to submit the form; date and location are optional. Please share only what is relevant to your enquiry and avoid sensitive information.
Your details are used to answer you, discuss availability and prepare a quote or booking at your request. Steps towards a requested contract provide the lawful basis for booking enquiries. For other correspondence and protection against spam, the basis is a legitimate interest in responding to visitors and operating a secure website. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing, and the form does not make automated decisions about you.
How your message reaches me
The website sends your enquiry through Resend to my Google Workspace mailbox. OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare provide the website hosting and delivery infrastructure. These providers process information needed to operate their services. The form does not maintain a separate database of enquiries.

Keeping information
Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to answer and follow up your request. If it leads to work, relevant correspondence may also be needed to manage that work, meet record-keeping obligations or address a dispute. The purpose, whether the enquiry is still active, and any applicable legal obligations determine how long information is needed. Email and service providers also retain operational records under their own terms.
Website operation
Hosting services may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, for delivery and security. The form temporarily counts requests by IP address to limit spam. This portfolio has no added advertising trackers or marketing analytics. The hosting service may use essential cookies for access and security.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access or correct your information, request deletion or restricted use, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and request a portable copy where applicable. These rights depend on the circumstances; contact me at the address above to make a request.
You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK data-protection regulator.
